HCM City exhibits sea, island photos and documents
The 175 colour, and black and white pictures portray not only the country’ sea and islands but also the traditions of the Vietnamese People’s naval forces.
The show is one of the municipal activities to increase public awareness of Vietnam’s sea and islands as well as efforts to build and develop the society, economy and culture of islands and to protect the country’s sovereignty over them.
It reflects the affection of residents in Ho Chi Minh City toward other Vietnamese people living offshore. The exhibition is expected to last until October 28.
