Vietnamese contestant in top 15 of MISS SUPRANATIONAL
Model Chung Thuc Quyen was among the top 15 contestants of the Miss Super-national 2009 beauty pageants, which ended on September 5 in Plock City, Poland.
Thuc Quyen, age 22, is an outstanding model, actress and singer. She represented Vietnam at the Miss Tourism Queen International 2008 and won its “Miss Mercy” title.
On the final night of Miss Suparanational 2009, Ukraine’s Oksana Moria was crowned. The first runner-up was Marina Lepesha from Belarus and the second runner-up was Poland’s Klaudia Ungerman. Honduran Ruth Aleman and the UK’s Amanda Ball received the third and the fourth runner-up titles.
Other members in the top 15 contestants include representatives of Bahamas, Brazil, Croatia, Greece, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Peru, Slovakia, Taiwan and Vietnam.
Thuc Quyen received recognition for “Best National Dress,” “Miss Online Favorite," and also "Beautiful Face".
The Miss Suparanational is an international beauty contest held by the World Beauty Association (WBA). Awards include $25,000 for the winner, $5000 for the first runner-up, $3000 for the second runner-up, $2000 for the third runner up and $1000 for the fourth runner-up. The top five contestants also received gifts of diamonds worth over $10,000.
