Trung Linh touches the mystery of existentialism

Tran Trung Linh opened his exhibition on November 13, Friday at Van Gallery, 2B Chu Manh Trinh, District 1, HCM City. This time he introduces nine oil paintings from the expressionist school. The exhibition is follow-up to Linh’s exhibition in HCM City in 2006, entitled “The Wound”.
The artist said in the last two years, he has tried working within the pop art genre, which has helped him earn his living. “With pop art, I can always sell paintings but I still like the expressionism and abstract schools the most,” he said.
Leaving the HCM City Art University in 2001, Trung Linh participated in several local and international exhibitions. His paintings typically aim to expose man’s inner feelings in daily life.
